We are hiring a New Business Account Executive to focus exclusively on net-new logos across the DACH region with a primary focus on Germany German-speaking Enterprise customers Germany-focused DACH Remote Hybrid Why this role exists Ultimate intends to invest intentionally in net-new customer acquisition in the German-speaking market We are looking for an experienced new-business AE who can create demand thoughtfully commercially This creates compelling opportunities as well as challenges Our team operates like scalers inside serious enterprise software businesses High autonomy trust clear accountability low politics high ownership What success looks like A strong pipeline of net-new opportunities tangible contribution to Ultime s growth}
