    As a construction manager at my client's company, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving construction and engineering excellence in the high-tech markets of tomorrow, encompassing semiconductors, batteries, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and data centers. Joining a globally renowned company with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale EPC projects, your contributions will ensure projects are executed safely and efficiently, shaping the landscape of future technologies.

    Tasks And Responsibilities:

    • Champion a safety-first culture by effectively communicating and enforcing safety policies and procedures throughout the project.
    • Maintain project closeout documentation, including as-built records, and contribute to the preparation of project status reports.
    • Develop and oversee construction schedules, ensuring efficient daily work planning.
    • Coordinate submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs) with designated design professionals.
    • Possess thorough understanding of subcontractor scopes of work, subcontract agreements, and design drawings to ensure timely and budget-compliant construction execution.
    • Collaborate with Quality Control and Document Control to facilitate prompt review and processing of shop drawings and necessary submittals.
    • Work closely with Superintendents and Quality Control to plan and oversee required testing and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Uphold daily quality standards and manage punch lists promptly.
    • Coordinate, communicate, and document changes in scope of work, and report any associated schedule, quality, or cost impacts.

    Your Experience:

    • Relevant education in construction.
    • 8 years Professional experience in construction supervision of EPC projects in the Life science or advanced technology industries.
    • Solid knowledge of building codes, laws, local regulations, and standards.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Willingness and ability to travel and stay on-site for extended periods.
    • Ability to work independently with a service-oriented approach and excellent communication skills. Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
