• Responsibilities:
• You will be fully responsible for the production areas including raw material storage, mixing, casting, and pressing
• You will be the professional and disciplinary contact person for a team of approximately 33 employees working in 2 shifts
• You will actively contribute to achieving the company's goals in terms of work safety, on-time delivery, quality, and productivity
• You will be part of our Lean Management team, driving your team towards efficiency and success through continuous process improvements
• You will lead new developments in the context of digitalization/Industry 4.0 in your production area
• You will collaborate closely with colleagues from all production areas and interact with other relevant interfaces

• You are an open-minded and team-oriented individual with good communication skills
• You are a master craftsman or technician or have a similar background with proven practical affinity for technology
• You have experience in disciplinary employee management
• You are driven by motivation and passion to produce high-quality products
• You are proficient in MS-Office, and besides very good German skills, ideally have good English skills
