For our business unit Power our location Regensburg we are looking for you as:

VHDL Engineer (f/m/d) for Power Electronic Converters

What challenges can you expect?

You develop VHDL code for the control and communication of power electronic converters in a modular and reusable way

You test your developed modules via simulation, hardware, and hardware in the loop as well

You generate documentation and IP on your work

You interact with tools, Backend, Frontend, Control and Embedded System colleagues

You use modern lifecycle management and CI/CD tools

What do we expect from you?

You have a degree in Computer Science, electrical engineering (or similar studies)

You have 2+ years of professional experience and a deep knowledge of VHDL design

You are experienced in testing VHDL code, including simulations tools such as ModelSim or similar

You have a good understanding of the use of Vivado Design Suite, MATLAB/Simulink Cosimulation, XSG is a plus

Some experience in power electronics topologies and hardware in the loop systems is a plus

Good communications skills in English, both in verbal and writing complete your profile
