Aufgabenbeschreibung
Als Accounting Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie eine zentrale Säule unseres Finanzteams und tragen maßgeblich zur Integrität und Genauigkeit unserer Finanzdaten bei. In dieser Vollzeitposition verantworten Sie die präzise Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB/IFRS und überwachen die Hauptbuchhaltung.
- Sie sind maßgeblich an der Optimierung unserer Rechnungswesenprozesse beteiligt, stellen die Einhaltung interner Kontrollsysteme (IKS) sicher und setzen Ihre analytischen Fähigkeiten für detaillierte Finanzanalysen mit MS Excel ein
- Wenn Sie 3-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mitbringen, versiert im Umgang mit SAP FI sind und eine Leidenschaft für effiziente und transparente Finanzprozesse haben, freuen wir uns darauf, Sie kennenzulernen
*Profil*
Sie verfügen über ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Fachrichtung bzw. fachspezifischer Zusatzausbildung bzw. mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Accounting mit.
Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch detaillierte unternehmensspezifische Kenntnisse oder außergewöhnliche Spezialkenntnisse sowie Fähigkeiten aus:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB/IFRS sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Bilanzierung und Hauptbuchhaltung
- Sehr gute Praxis in SAP FI sowie Erfahrung mit weiteren ERP-Systemen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie im deutschen Steuerrecht
- Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Überwachung von Internen Kontrollsystemen (IKS)
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, fortgeschrittene MS-Excel-Kenntnisse und Kompetenz in der Prozessoptimierung im Rechnungswesen
Diese Stelle ist auch in Teilzeit möglich.
