Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Erasmus+ internship role based in the Berlin Metropolitan Area. As a Hospitality Intern at Café Tiergarten, you will support day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Your responsibilities may include welcoming and assisting guests, providing excellent customer service, supporting food and beverage preparation and service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the overall ambiance of a picturesque and culturally significant venue.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to ensure a welcoming and professional guest experience.
- Knowledge and practical experience in Hospitality and Hospitality Service to contribute effectively to daily operations.
- Familiarity with Food & Beverage practices to assist in the preparation and service of menu items.
- Passion for teamwork, punctuality, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Interest in architecture, design, or cultural heritage is an additional asset.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German or additional languages is advantageous.
