- Designing, implementing, and updating IT service management processes
- Implementing service processes in the ticket system (OTRS)
- Conceiving and updating processes in Identity and Access Management
- Administering and connecting the IAM system (Tenfold) to Exchange and Active Directory
- Participating in the implementation of an information security management system according to ISO 27001
- Specialist administration of the Exchange server operated by a service provider
- Implementing supporting web applications
- Providing advice and support for specialist departments in IT matters
- Qualified in Computer Science, Business Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Management and Technology (TUM-BWL), or Mathematics with a diploma or master's degree
- Understanding of IT service and identity and access management or eagerness to learn
- Experience in administering IT infrastructure systems
- Willingness to adapt to new systems and technologies
- Ability to tackle complex tasks and challenges systematically
- Capability to comprehend intricate issues promptly and communicate them effectively
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication (German, English)
- Strong team collaboration and service-oriented mindset
