    As we continue operating at our high standards and powering the world with CommScope's solutions, we are recruiting a Director of Sales to lead our DACH market in the Broadband EMEA Business Unit as part of our Cable and Connectivity Solutions (CCS) business segment.

    You will grow overall market share in the region and targeted accounts by developing and implementing the regional strategy for sales.


    • Through leadership and coaching, build a cohesive and connected team and create an environment of collaboration and innovation supporting the region's customers.
    • Build team capabilities through people development, develop future leaders, increasing both bench strength and diverse talent.
    • Provide a forum for customer (internal and external) feedback to be shared within the organization to feed improvement areas and opportunities in areas such as new product development.
    • To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing product and service sales until the delivery to meet the budget and contribute to company growth.
    • Develop new sales opportunities in the focus area (research fiber connectivity technology and beyond 5G/IOWN fiber infrastructure) and work with Business Units, customers, and partners to accomplish new business.
    • Plan sales forecast and perform sales activity for the achievement.
    • Work closely with field application engineering and business unit engineering team to win business and maintain business and recurring sales revenue for the long term and keep increasing customer satisfaction
    Minimum 5 years leading Sales/Sales Engineering experience in Telecommunications/IT industries

    • Network fiber Cable & Connectivity passive product knowledge and sales experience, such as fiber closure, fiber terminal, PON splitter, WDM mux/demux filter, and also RF overlay distribution over fiber is also appreciated. Basic management tools, IT literacy on PC/Tablet/smart phone, Microsoft office
    • Fluent in German and English. French would be a plus.
