What you'll do:

• Take on responsibility: Manage the project from design development to prepress independently, coordinating internal and external stakeholders like agencies, suppliers, Category Management, Own Brand Purchasing, and Quality Assurance.
• Unleash your creativity: Collaborate with external design agencies and repro service providers to develop and implement packaging designs.
• Have the big picture in mind: Create project plans, maintain project lists and forms, and conduct market and competition observations to develop new ideas.
• Show commitment: Stay abreast of market trends and competition to develop innovative solutions.

• Strong planning and organizational skills, enthusiasm for the retail industry, creativity, and design affinity.
• Completed education in Marketing Communication or a similar field, with experience in project management in marketing, advertising, or design, preferably with packaging and printing knowledge.
• Team and communication skills, including proficiency in English.
