Job summary
We have an opportunity for a Contracts Manager/Project Lead to join our Life Science team in Frankfurt Germany .The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery quality safety and financial performance of civil engineering projects.
The key duties include managing contracts overseeing site presentation promoting commercial value driving continuous improvement lessons learned into future project delivery conducting Performance Development Plans with direct reports fostering individual growth development leading defect management ensuring timely completion of Certificate of Making Good Defects instructing QS in loss expense applications supporting Final Account preparations overseeing final commissioning client handover aftercare services driving continuous improvement lessons learned into future project delivery Conducting Performance Development Plans PDPs with direct reports to foster individual growth development.
