Ganzheitliche Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung des Loyalty-Programms mit innovativen B2B-Maßnahmen (z. B. exklusive Services, digitale Bonusprogramme, Gamification)
Konzeption maßgeschneiderter B2B-Programme für Apotheken mit relevanten Inhalten, Incentives und Unterstützungsangeboten
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Sales oder vergleichbar
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative und konzeptionelle Stärke mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen strukturiert und überzeugend aufzubereiten
- Creative Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität sowie hoher Umsetzungsstärke
- Analytisches Denken kombiniert mit einem guten Gespür für Zielgruppen und Marktbedürfnisse
