    Novum Executive is working with a leading Intermodal logistics company seeking a Sales Manager to play a crucial role in strengthening the organisation's sales team across Europe.

    Responsibilities

    • Acquisition of new customers and development of new business with international clients, particularly across Benelux and France
    • Continuous expansion and support of existing customers
    • Development of suitable solution concepts according to customer needs and creation of competitive offers including price calculation and conducting price negotiations
    • Contract negotiation in close coordination with the management
    • Cross-functional coordination of projects and tenders
    • Preparation of monthly reports for the relevant sales areas
    • Transferring customer requirements into the company and driving force for product developments and adjustments
    • International representation of the company

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the freight forwarding industry
    • Proven track record of new and existing business development
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
    • Ability to travel as required
