    As a Group Leader for Radio Optimization (m/f/d) in the western region, you will ensure the quality and performance of the radio access area in the 2G/4G/5G mobile network, achieving relevant network KPI goals while keeping Customer experience at the forefront. Your role involves driving continuous development and optimization of the radio access network using automation. By analyzing performance data, you'll help identify negative trends in the radio access network and collaborate with other access and transport groups to implement effective countermeasures, ensuring the best network experience for our customers. Additionally, embracing the agile way of working, you will manage optimization initiatives to adapt swiftly to changing requirements and enhance network efficiency.

    What to expect:

  • #Leadership : Disciplinary leadership and technical management and coordination of project groups to increase radio access network performance.
  • #Agile Methodology : Close cooperation with the members of radio planning and transport planning within the Mobile Access Clusters in the region within the framework of the agile way of working.
  • #Process Development : Supporting the headquarters in process development, site selection, prioritization of measures, selection of functions and parameterization in the access area to ensure sustainable quality with a clear focus on the customer experience.
  • #Telecommunication : Development and implementation of new approaches to optimize our 2G/4G/5G networks and driving automation needs within the team.
  • What you bring

  • You should have completed #technical studies (communications engineering or equivalent) or an equivalent #apprenticeship /training.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least one year in areas like mobile network #parameter planning , #network operation , or #transport planning .
  • You're proficient in understanding #mobile network KPIs, counters, and #database structures for creating #reports and #presentations is expected.
  • You want to take the next step and become a #leader or already have some experience in exhibiting goal-oriented #leadership , actively contributing to #agile practices , and advocating for #automation within the team.
  • You're fluent in both #German and #English .
