For our Kaiyang Laboratory which is is an open automotive technology R&D platform established by Chery Automobile focused on Adopting a tripartite model integrating science, technology, and industry, the initiative aims to establish an open R&D laboratory system encompassing the entire ecological chain and industrial chain.

We want to work with a flexible and enthusiastic individual wo will be required to support the development of our European vehicles locally as well as globally - jointly with our teams in our headquarter in China.
Job Description:
- Establish bridges between Kaiyang Laboratory and leading overseas universities, research institutions, and innovation ecosystems; formulate overseas university collaboration plans;
- Conduct in-depth analysis and monitoring of cutting-edge research trends, innovation developments, and industrial ecosystems at overseas universities; regularly produce reports on emerging technologies, competitive analysis, and forward-looking insights;
- Develop and systematically maintain key partnership networks with overseas universities, research organizations, renowned professor teams, and innovation platforms;
- Establish a database of key talent and projects from overseas universities, tracking research directions of top professors, postdoctoral fellows, and doctoral candidates;
- Manage the full lifecycle of overseas university collaboration projects.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher with technical expertise in AI, computer science, automotive engineering, or related fields, enabling substantive dialogue with scientists;
- Overseas education, work experience, or long-term residency abroad with deep understanding of international university operations and culture;
- Exceptional English communication skills (particularly written and oral negotiation abilities);
- Strong cross-cultural and cross-organizational project management capabilities.
