    We are looking for aSr.

    Fleet Operations Manager who is responsible for the safety,compliance, availability, and cost of the Fleet in their respectivesub-region of Germany.

    A candidate will need to execute thestrategy of the team and leverage best practices. This person willplay a central role within the larger fleet organization.
    Key functions for the role include:
    (1)Evaluate health and safety of fleet. They will ensure vehicles areroadworthy and compliant with local regulations by performingaudits, providing feedback and trends to leadership.
    (2)Support product and programs launches in their sub-region ofGermany. To be successful in this role, the Sr. Fleet OperationsManager is required to have strong operational knowledge, andunderstand the conditions of local markets.
    (3)Tactically collaborate with multiple stakeholders, internal andexternal, in order to solve operational needs. The Sr. FleetOperations Manager is responsible for executing a program withambiguous deliverables and align stakeholders to achieve dailybusiness needs. They will be required to demonstrate the ability tonegotiate and influence, showing backbone while dealing withinternal and external stakeholders.
    (4) Manageavailability of vehicles in their sub-region of Germany. This willrequire technical expertise to balance tradeoffs between cost,quality, and speed, and escalating to leadership whenneeded.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    (1)Bachelor's degree
    (2) Experience influencing andinteracting with cross-functional teams successfully
    (3)Proven logistics or operations experience
    (4) A historyof developing strong, value-added relationships, earning trust withmultiple stakeholder groups both internal andexternal
    (5) Ability to effectively work with a varietyof organizations, management levels, cultures, andpersonalities
    (6) Ability to handle execution of multiplepriorities simultaneously
    (7) Excellent communicationsskills and a high bar for accuracy and detail
    (8) Canwork independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changingenvironment
    (9) Professional proficiency in English andGerman (preferable)
    (10) Preferred location is WesternGermany with flexibility for other regions
    (11) Abilityto travel across Germany 20-30% of time

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    - Mastersdegree or MBA preferred

    • Background in mobility services e.g. CarLease/ Automotive company
