FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

Requirements

Bachelor of science in logistics, supply chain, business, or related discipline (ABET/CAE) Alternative: Associate and four plus years experience or six years experience
Active DoD top secret (or higher)
Three years in journeyman‑level logistics, with at least one year directly supporting DoD communication systems
CSLP, CPL, APICS CPIM or equivalent

Desired Skills

Expertise in DoD supply‑chain policies (DFARS, J&A, MILSTRIP)
Proficiency with logistics software (SAP MM/WM, Oracle SCM, Maximo)
Ability to develop and maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies
Experience planning transportation routes, managing warehousing, and coordinating with overseas depots
Strong analytical skills for cost‑analysis, demand forecasting, and risk assessment
Excellent stakeholder communication; ability to brief senior logistics officers

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY

Travel Requirements

Domestic travel: Up to 10 % of the year (≈ 2 weeks)
International travel: < 5 % of the year, only when required for overseas coordination and clearance approval
