    Good news This role joins a business building their own app, this isn't to join a web or media agency

    After your job application, we'll share the context of how the mobile app is used, who by, and why it makes them feel the way it does.

    So what's the primary objective?

    • Migrate the app to Maui from Xamarin, as fast as possible
    • Contribute to improving the Maui app's foundations & architecture (reliability, stability, security, scalability etc...)
    • Build on those solid foundations with new features as significantly increased volumes of users arrive in the coming years

    Who are we searching for?

    We expect it to be unlikely that we find a person who is already an expert in all the technologies in our stack.

    So our attitude towards hiring for this person is:

    • Hire a true mobile app expert (iOS or Android, doesn't matter) and not a desktop software developer
    • Ideally someone who is already familiar (personal projects or professional) with Xamarin or .Net C#
    • A person with an attitude of continuous learning and self development (they will get up-to-speed quickly)
    • Someone who speaks fluent German to accelerate the above points
