    Responsibilities:

    • Customer Identification and Engagement: Identify potential clients within the international banking and financial sector who could benefit from our software solutions. Utilize targeted research, direct outreach, networking and industry expertise to pinpoint prospective clients.
    • Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate closely with the Head of Business Development to devise sales strategies and plans to achieve customer acquisition goals. Identify sales opportunities and create sales presentations and proposals.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Upon successful contract closure, guide the client through the transition to account management to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
    • Needs Analysis and Consultation: Conduct focused needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business challenges. Based on this insight, offer tailored solutions in close collaboration with the pre-sales team.
    • Market Monitoring and Competitive Analysis: Monitor developments in the banking sector and analyze competition within your market segment. Stay updated on market trends and identify opportunities for our product portfolio, proactively feeding ideas into our product management for continual product enhancement and implementation into your market.

    Competencies:

    • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the banking or financial sector
    • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships
    • Excellent communication and networking skills
    • Strong ability to conduct needs analysis and provide consultative sales solutions
    • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
    • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for market trends and competitive insights
    • Fluent in English and German
    • Willingness to travel
