- Sie beraten die sensible und anspruchsvolle Kundschaft in allen Fragen der Bestattung, ob in der Filiale oder bei Hausbesuchen
- Sie übernehmen alle begleitenden Bürotätigkeiten im Rahmen der Sterbefallbearbeitung, von der Auftragserteilung bis zur Trauernachsorge
- Sie betreuen die Hinterbliebenen bei Trauerfeiern
- Sie schließen Bestattungsvorsorgeverträge mit Beratung in Versicherungsangelegenheiten ab
- Sie übernehmen den Aufbau und die Kontaktpflege zu institutionellen Einrichtungen
- Sie nehmen am betriebsnotwendigen Bereitschaftsdienst teil
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und verfügen über kaufmännische Kenntnisse (Erfahrung im Bestattungsbereich ist nicht zwingend erforderlich)
- Sie beherrschen Outlook, Word und Excel
- Sie sind im Besitz des Führerscheins der Klasse B
- Sie sind sehr zuverlässig, arbeiten selbstständig und verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität
- Sie verfügen über eine hohe soziale Kompetenz und Sensibilität im Umgang mit Hinterbliebenen

Berater*in m/w/d (Quereinstieg möglich)
für Königsbrunn in Teilzeit (20 Std./Woche)
Seit über 40 Jahren helfen und begleiten wir Hinterbliebene bei der Vorbereitung und Gestaltung einer schönen und würdevollen Bestattung. Wir bieten eine umfassende Hilfe bei allen erforderlichen Formalitäten im Trauerfall an und setzen die Anliegen und Wünsche der Angehörigen im Rahmen des Bestattungsauftrages pietätvoll und serviceorientiert mit der erforderlichen fachlichen Kompetenz um.
