- Behebung von Prozessstörungen und ständige Verbesserung der Prozessabläufe und Prozesssysteme
- Koordinierung und Durchführung von Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten
- Erstellen von Instandhaltungsplänen und eigenständige Koordination und Durchführung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
- Mithilfe bei der Fertigungsüberwachung der Anlagen und Tester
- Direkte Planung und Bestellung externer Wartungsarbeiten
- Rechtzeitige Organisation von Ersatzteilen
- Analyse von fehlerhaften Teilen
- Kontinuierliche Unterweisung der Schichtmitarbeiter sowie des Instandhaltungspersonals
- Optimierung der Fertigungsanlagen
- Verantwortung für Sauberkeit, Ordnung sowie Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz

- Abgeschlossene Meister- oder Technikerausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektronikfertigung, idealerweise im Automotive- Sektor
- Disziplinarische Mitarbeiterverantwortung für ca. 35 MA
- Kenntnisse der gängigen Produktions- und Qualitätswerkzeuge
- Kenntnisse der gängigen Lean- Tools
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke, Engagement, Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Analytisches, prozess- und lösungsorientiertes Denken
