    Within Marmon Link EMEA, Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving spare parts and services sales growth across the EMEA Region.

    Key responsibilities of the role are encompassing:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential customers in the EMEA region.
  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive spare parts business development strategy, including sales plan.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new partnerships.
  • Spare Parts Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and closing spare parts sales opportunities, including negotiating contracts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Spare Parts Operations, Customer Service, engineering, to ensure efficient spare parts supply and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and explore new markets and segments within the EMEA region to diversify the customer base and revenue streams.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry developments, competitors, and emerging trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare regular reports, and present findings to the senior management team.
  • Required Qualifications, Skills/Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in spare parts and service business, preferably in the Food Service industry, appliances, or industrial equipment manufacturing sectors.
  • Negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to business development.
  • Ability to travel within the EMEA region as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages within the EMEA region is a plus (German, Spanish, Italian, French)
