    Position Summary:

    As the Sales Director for Strong Energy, you will be leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our Strong Energy products. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building partnerships, and negotiating contracts with key customers and installers across Germany and Europe.

    Responsibilities:

    · Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion for Strong Energy products.

    · Identify and cultivate relationships with potential installers, partners, and customers in Germany or even Europe.

    · Build and maintain a network of Installer resources to ensure smooth installation and customer satisfaction.

    · Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and positioning.

    · Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to develop and launch new Strong Energy products.

    · Negotiate and close sales contracts with key customers, ensuring profitability and long-term relationships.

    · Develop and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing support.

    Qualification:

    · 10+ years of sales experience in the energy or related industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

    · Deep understanding of the energy sales market, particularly in Germany or Europe.

    · Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and a drive to exceed expectations.

    · Established network of Installer resources in Germany or other European countries, with a strong understanding of local markets and customer needs.

    · Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both German and English.

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

    · Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders.
