    Your role

    • You will lead the development and implementation of a strategic sales plan to drive our business growth
    • You will identify and target potential customers, including leading brands in various industries
    • You will build engaging relationships with key decision makers, understand their business needs and deliver customized solutions
    • You will impress with product demonstrations to showcase the unique value of our product
    • You will collaborate with various teams to generate leads, build networks and create effective marketing materials
    • You regularly report on sales activities, pipeline and sales forecasts and derive measures to increase success
    • As a valuable team member, you will contribute to process optimization and knowledge sharing to promote best practices and create a collaborative environment

    Your profile

    • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, preferably in e-commerce, finance, logistics or business management
    • Ideally, you have at least two years of professional experience in e-commerce, B2B sales, business development and/or marketing; experience in advertising sales for media or mobile solutions would be a plus
    • You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the international market, especially the Asian market
    • With a strong understanding of market dynamics, including customer preferences and cultural nuances, you will bring key insights
    • Your strong analytical skills will enable you to take data from various sources, perform qualitative analysis and discuss findings with individuals and teams from different departments
    • With excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to influence and build relationships with various stakeholders, you are able to manage complex sales processes
    • Your proven ability to drive the entire sales cycle from acquisition and lead generation to closing the deal underlines your expertise in sales
    • You demonstrate proactive and goal-oriented thinking as well as knowledge of online formats, benchmarks and KPIs
    • With fluent English and ideally Mandarin skills, you have a broad linguistic base
    • Your willingness to travel, especially within the EU and in Asia, rounds off your profile
