- Administration und Weiterentwicklung des Angebotstools CPQ (Salesforce) als Key User
- Ansprechperson bei Fragen rund um das Angebotstool sowie Schulung neuer Nutzer
- Unterstützung bei der regelmäßigen Überarbeitung der Pricing Policy
- Betreuung und Mitarbeit bei Ausschreibungen
- Koordination von Kundenpreisanfragen und Bearbeitung von Angeboten, Verträgen und Kundenlieferantenauskünften in Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebskolleg:innen
- Durchführung von Kunden- und Profitabilitätsprüfungen im Angebotsprozess
- Abteilungsübergreifende Koordination von digitalen Kundendokumenten und Daten
- Mitarbeit bei der Vereinfachung und Standardisierung von Prozessen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position ist wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Erfahrung mit SAP und CRM (Salesforce) ist von Vorteil
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Du bist kommunikativ, hast eine 'Hands on' Mentalität, arbeitest gerne im Team, aber auch eigenständig
