    As the Lead Marketing Consultant for a big client account in the market research space, you'll lead a team of Marketing CX consultants, ensuring the smooth and successful execution of projects and driving account growth for our client. In addition to leading your own consultancy projects, you'll collaborate closely with our subject matter experts to craft and deliver innovative solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.

    With experience in the MarTech field, you'll dive into in-depth consultations with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business and marketing needs. Armed with this knowledge, you'll develop cutting-edge marketing strategies and technology architectures, expertly configure technology systems, and skilfully manage change processes to help our clients soar to new heights.

    As this role will be supporting our German-speaking clients, we require someone who is fluent in speaking and writing German.

    This is a full-time and remote role where we would like you to join us in the Munich office once or twice a quarter for team socials or meetings with clients. No worries about expenses - we've got you covered

    Here are a few of the tasks you'll get to work on:

    1) Consulting for clients on their Marketing & CX Strategy

    • Provide strategic marketing consulting for projects, offering strategy and technology solutions that are tailored to client goals, business requirements, and processes.
    • Offer strategic marketing consulting services for campaigns, closely collaborating with clients to assist them in achieving their objectives, and working together with our Creative team, media team, and other departments.
    • Develop Marketing & Customer Experience strategies, including messaging, positioning, target audience definition, persona development, journey mapping, and behavioral change design.
    • Take the lead on complex marketing consulting and technology implementation projects, configuring technology solutions and managing technology integrations.

    2) Team Leadership & People Management

    • Provide daily support, guidance, and mentoring to your team regarding any issues, questions, or skills development needs that arise in their role.
    • Identify knowledge gaps and growth opportunities for each consultant and collaborate with Consultancy Leads to develop and manage their areas of expertise.
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the current status of client projects. Provide support and manage escalations as necessary, maintaining close communication with clients.
    • Collaborate with each team member to support their growth in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and long-term career objectives.

    To excel in this role, you should have the following:

    • Extensive experience in digital marketing, preferably in a client-facing consulting or specialist role within a digital agency or consultancy.
    • Having experience in previous management or team leadership experience is highly desired.
    • A solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo.
    • Exceptional communication and writing skills in English with the ability to articulate concepts clearly.
    • A strong business acumen and the ability to conduct engaging presentations.
    • Hands-on experience with online marketing tools, methodologies, and practices.
    • Familiarity with agile marketing and the ability to adapt to changing processes.
    • A solid understanding of Inbound Marketing and Customer Experience (CX) Marketing.

    Meet the Team:

    You'll be an integral part of the team, collaborating closely with Jess Gamble (VP of Consulting Services) and Amy Dwyer (Chief Strategy Officer).

    Interview Process:

    • 1st Interview (30 min)
    • Presentation Interview (60 min)
    • Final Interview (30 min)

    We aim to complete the process in under 15 working days (subject to availability).
