SAP SuccessFactors Product Owner - Stuttgart, Deutschland - HRIT People

HRIT People have recently started working with a Multi-National Manufacturing business based 30 Minutes south of Stuttgart.

We are now searching for an SAP SuccessFactors Product Owner to steer their HRIS Implementation and Transformation across 6,000 Employees across 30 Countries.

Deliverables:

• Functional Implementation, enhancement and development of SAP SuccessFactors in close collaboration with users and key users across the Business
• You closely collaborate with the HR Teams to find ways to enhance implemented and future SuccessFactors modules and standardize processes.
• Planning and coordination of new projects system adjustments based on global functional requirements of the specialist departments
• You support the HR community with their questions and requests regarding system functionality, mass uploads, and reporting.
• Manage configuration changes in the system as needed, monitor and test change requests, SAP updates and support the implementation of new SuccessFactors modules, system updates, and user testing when required.

Requirements:

• 4/5+ years of working experience with HR information systems (e.g., SAP HR, SuccessFactors)
• University Degree in e.g. Human Resources and/or Information Technology related.
• English & German is a must, any additional language is beneficial
• Project and process management skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret human resources and technology-related documents
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, performance and results-driven, analytical thinking and well-structured approach
• Operational experience in an HR-related role is a plus
• Natural leader

This position is a full-time permanent opportunity with a Hybrid working model, with 1-2 days a week on site which can be discussed and can be flexible based on individual circumstances.
