    Our AI solutions help discover cancer and predict cancer treatment outcomes, achieving timely and individually tailored cancer treatment.

    Lunit is based in Seoul, South Korea, and operates around the world. Lunit is expanding its operations in Europe and seeks an Operations Manager to support the company's growth.

    About the position

    We're looking for an EU Operations Manager who is organized, strong in project management, and has excellent communication skills. The EU Operations Manager's role will be to drive the implementation of country systems and processes that help Lunit operate and scale effectively.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Run internal operating processes including Europe HR, payroll, and Finance
    • Streamline and optimize processes to enhance overall operational performance
    • Coordinate with Lunit Inc. HQ on relevant business processes and information for finances and governance
    • Drive implementation of key company systems and processes that help Lunit Europe scale effectively
    • Support Lunit's expanding logistical operations in Europe

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • 3 to 5 years of experience with managing overall operations including HR, payroll, and Finance
    • Experience working directly with people at all levels, including executive and C-suite levels, as well as managing external and vendor relationships
    • Experience working with vendors to ensure specific domain needs (e.g. accounting, budgeting, payroll management, etc.) operate smoothly
    • Able to handle multiple projects at once and thrive in a dynamic environment
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in spoken/written English
    • Bachelor's Degree

    Preferred Experiences

    • Familiarity with working in a startup environment
    • Experience helping companies with international operations scale
    • Experience with healthcare and/or AI-focused companies
    • Experience in setting up systems/platforms
    • Experience in recruitment
    • Proficiency in spoken/written Korean
