- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to determine project needs and develop solutions.
- Collaborate with the central Data Team to ensure correct and up-to-date usage data
- Design and build a sustainable data model and optimized data flows between Salesforce and other applications
- Test and implement Salesforce applications, ensuring they are optimized and functional.
- Maintain and improve existing Salesforce systems, resolving any technical issues.
- Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.
- Create dynamic and data-driven Salesforce applications that meet business requirements.
- Document development processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, enhancing system usability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Administration and Development in Salesforce, including Lightning Web components, Flows, Apex, Visualforce and API integrations
- Experience with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Salesforce Super Badges (e.g. App Builder Super Set, Apex Specialist) and Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.

We seek a motivated, creative, and methodical individual to support the Customer Success and Marketing efforts at XEMPUS to guide the rapid growth of several SAAS products.
