    We're looking for technical trainer (power generation/ HVAC) to join our training team in Germany.

    • What you'll do:

  • You will deliver technical training on our power generation and temperature control (HVAC) products to our operations teams across Germany (both in person and via MS teams).
  • You will maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness within Workday.
  • You will manage liability for technical training delivery through continuous risk assessment and mitigation, with special responsibility for "Live" training (i.e. using live running equipment and/or on Live operational Sites/Depots).

    • You'll have the following skills and experience:

  • You will be fluent in German and be able to communicate effectively in English at a professional level.
  • You will have a technical background in power generation and/or HVAC. Energy storage, compressor or steam boiler experience would be advantageous.
  • You will have good verbal and written communication skills.
