- Maintain accurate reports on stock on hand, warehouse capacity, aged inventory, and adjustments.
- Plan and oversee stock take and cycle counts, ensuring compliance with audit standards.
- Communicate regularly with 3PL providers and warehouses to ensure requirements are met and escalate any concerns.
- Proactively identify risks or issues across the logistics and distribution network and work with stakeholders to find solutions.
- Report on inventory activities, variances, and pallet accuracy.
- Develop and implement inventory control processes and SOPs.
- Conduct audits, analyse results, and recommend process improvements.
- Manage inventory adjustments and pallet reconciliations.
- Provide ad hoc operational reporting support as required.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will have a blend of education and experience, including tertiary qualifications in relevant fields. You should bring at least a decade of logistics expertise to the table, with a solid three-year track record in a similar role, especially within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Mastery of SAP at the Super User level is a must.
