    Your Job

    Here's what to expect on your journey with us:

    • You will be assigned to one or more of the up to 7 gourmet restaurants.
    • In consultation with the Sous Chef, you will independently manage a station within the kitchen.
    • You will create culinary dishes and menus using high-quality and exclusive ingredients.
    • Depending on your role, you may have the opportunity to prepare food at the guest's table (including filleting meat, carving, and grilling).
    • Depending on the station, you will coordinate and motivate a team assigned to you.
    • Duration of your 1st contract: 5 - 6 months (after individual agreement)
    • Your entry will be based on your availability in connection with the onboard scheduling and is generally possible all year round.

    Your Course & Your Talents

    What you bring on board:

    • Completed apprenticeship as a cook (m/f/d) in upscale gastronomy with professional experience
    • First experience in managing a station is desirable
    • You keep calm under pressure.
    • Enjoyment in creatively preparing culinary dishes
    • Excellent manners, a well-groomed appearance, and hosting qualities
    • You are willing to take on initial leadership tasks.
    • Very good German and good English skills
