- manage interfaces with the Indirect Procurement Function to ensure global alignment with Group Procurement Strategies,
- lead strategic sourcing activities, including programme management and execution of sourcing projects to meet internal stakeholder requirements,
- lead the recruitment, line management and capability development of all team members, including the team's compliance with all processes and procedures,
- oversee global supplier relationships, managing day-to-day interactions and operational performance for suppliers of indirect materials and managed services,
- define new supplier strategies where applicable to support Rolls-Royce Electrical's agile requirements, finding innovative paths in the Electrical Way,
- establish robust relationships with internal stakeholders, crafting tailored procurement solutions to meet diverse needs,
- drive the standardization of sourcing practices across all Rolls-Royce Electrical sites.
- hold a Bachelor's degree in the field of Business Administration,
- have a proven track record of working with indirect procurement,
- possess a global outlook and exposure to various challenges, cultures, and ways of working,
- be familiar with purchasing and supply chain management, which is preferred,
- understand manufacturing processes and the cost drivers associated with them,
- possess fluency in English, with proficiency in German considered a significant asset.

With a pivotal role as the Head of Global Indirect Procurement , you will be at the forefront of orchestrating international sourcing strategies, ensuring seamless operations, and driving innovation in supplier engagement to fortify Rolls-Royce Electrical's position as a leader in agile procurement practices.
