- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research and engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify new product opportunities.
- Champion the product development process end-to-end, ensuring products are technically sound and market-relevant, keeping customer-centricity the focus number one.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on future roadmap alignment with Mitai's strategic objectives.
- Working closely with R&D, breaking down the vision of our innovative SaaS product into actionable iterations, including the electrical engineering basics.
- Collaborate closely with our team, bringing all stakeholders together (e.g., R&D, EMC, marketing, sales), and create/decide the roadmap for our product and its services.
- Define and track our objectives & key results (OKRs) to evaluate product success and make data-driven decisions for future development.
- Keep up-to-speed with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment to ensure our products remain competitive and compliant.
- Serve as a product evangelist, representing Mitai at industry events, conferences, and with customers.
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, preferred in Electrical engineering or Mechatronics
- You have proven experience in product management within a tech or SaaS company
- You have a proven track record of developing and launching successful products in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- You have an understanding of engineering principles, especially in electrical engineering contexts
- You are skilled in Agile frameworks, with a knack for MVP development and iterative product improvement
- A leadership role in the cutting-edge field of EMC solutions.
- Working in a high dynamic environment, running at startup speed, and backed by TDK as a corporate

About the Role
