    At Global Customer Service and Parts, we accompany the entire life cycle of Mercedes-Benz and smart vehicles, from the service-oriented design of our products, through market launch, to product support and maintenance. We support the service organizations worldwide. In doing so, we essentially work together with our partners from development, production, purchasing, sales, legal and quality.

    With the team "Technical Liaison Office (TLO) incl. cross-functional topics for VAN" consisting of 5 highly motivated and friendly colleagues, we represent the following main areas of responsibility:

  • Technical key account support for Vans in the field
  • Cross-functional topics for VAN
  • Product support/proving for the Marco Polo
  • We support each other as a team and communicate clearly and directly. If you would like to be part of our motivated team, we look forward to getting to know you.

    These are some of the challenges you will face

  • Creating and programming reports from various IT systems
  • Simplification of data analyses
  • Generating automatic status and data evaluations for specific customer topics
  • Researching customer complaints
  • Assisting with project tracking and coordinating deadlines where necessary
  • Creation of presentation and decision templates
  • Qualifikationen

    Ideally you qualify for this job with:

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, automotive engineering, project process management or a comparable course of study
  • Confident written and spoken German and English skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Knowledge of Power BI advantageous
  • Experience in Python desirable
  • Social competence
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
  • Basic technical understanding
  • An interest in automotive technology and after-sales service processes is desirable
