    Your Main Responsibilities:

    • Represent the people behind Autohaus Schnitzler to customers, prospects, and visitors
    • Create an excellent customer experience from their initial visit to the purchase
    • Guide customers as their personal contact person and Audi brand ambassador through the purchasing process, providing comprehensive advice on models, configurations, additional offers, and services
    • Utilize sales opportunities presented by our centrally controlled marketing and broad online presence
    • Analyze and observe the local market to adjust your personal sales strategy accordingly

    Your Qualifications:

    • Completed commercial or technical training, ideally as an automotive salesperson
    • Certified sales advisor preferred
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in vehicle sales; alternatively, sales enthusiasts from other industries are welcome
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a structured and results-oriented approach
    • Exceptional communication skills, coupled with the ability to inspire and build networks
    • Proven track record of success, especially in sales metrics
