Responsibilities:

• Support various departments within the central team in Barcelona and Valencia
• Assist with front-office tasks such as package handling, attending to vendors, and more
• Aid in the preparation of HR and Office materials, including presentations and document proofreading
• Assist with Excel data management, updates, and visualization
• Contribute to company and team events organization
• Conduct translations and reviews of English documents to ensure Spanish compliance
• Foster a team-oriented environment and engage in knowledge sharing with colleagues
• People-centric approach to tasks
• Fluency in English and proficient Excel skills required
• Ideal for students enrolled in a university program
