Technical Trainees (MBO)
Bij Stork krijg je je de kans om je talenten te verkennen en te ontwikkelen door hands-on ervaring op te doen en deel te nemen aan diverse uitdagende projecten.
Volwaardig teamlid
Het Technical Traineeship is geen stage. Jij bent volwaardig onderdeel van Stork en je team. Je werkt aan projecten die ertoe doen. Je kan aan de slag binnen verschillende afdelingen/disciplines, zoals Valves, High Voltages, Heat Treatment, etc. en je werkt aan zowel reguliere werkzaamheden als speciale projecten. Je ontdekt belangrijke processen binnen het bedrijf, bijvoorbeeld productie, planning, werkvoorbereiding, engineering en services.
Jij bepaalt je eigen traject
Het Technical Traineeship is maatwerk en je hebt zelf voor een groot deel invloed op de invulling ervan. Je krijgt namelijk de ruimte om te werken aan projecten die jij interessant vindt. Het Technical Traineeship is een traject waardoor je versneld het bedrijf en jouw talenten leert kennen en zo terechtkomt op een functie die écht bij jou past. Kortom: een glansrijke start van jouw carrière bij Stork

Optimale begeleiding
Bij Stork kom je terecht in een team met de beste technici waarmee je elke dag tot nieuwe inzichten en ervaringen komt. Begeleiding krijg je van jouw leidinggevende en je mentor, zodat je je weg weet te vinden binnen het bedrijf en antwoorden krijgt op jouw vragen. Ook ondersteunen we jouw technische en persoonlijke ontwikkeling door middel van trainingen en coaching on the job. Je gaat de fijne kneepjes van het vak leren en bijvoorbeeld hoe je je tijd zodanig indeelt dat je er het meeste uit haalt.
Wat breng jij mee?
Jij bent een starter of ziji-instromer en hebt geen tot maximaal 2 jaar technische werkervaring. Jij hebt daarnaast een MBO 4 diploma op zak, bijvoorbeeld in de richting:
