- Completed degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in the social field (Social Work / Social Pedagogy / Special Education)
- Good knowledge of relevant social laws and the Federal Participation Act
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of the German language
- Valid Class B driver's license
