is hiring an intern (Operations / Athlete Management)We're building Peaksphere, a platform that makes elite sports expertise directly bookable - and we're looking for a highly reliable, structured, hands-on operator to work closely with the management team in a very dynamic role.
What it's about:
Creating and maintaining athlete profiles, keeping the athlete pipeline and databases clean, handling day-to-day communication with Olympic athletes, fast ad-hoc support for management, and occasional on-site support for productions and events.
Must-haves:
Excellent written communication in German
Highly structured, fast, and dependable
Confident with ChatGPT / AI tools
Strong service mindset and execution focus
Hybrid role, with presence in Hamburg / Frankfurt
German-speaking required
Opportunity to work closely with an experienced management team (ex-McKinsey Partner, ex-Marketing Executive and Entrepreneur)
