- Leitung, Koordination und Kontrolle der Projekte ab Auftragseingang bis zur Endabnahme hinsichtlich Kosten, Termine und Ressourcen
- Projekt-Risikobeurteilung inkl. Einleiten von Maßnahmen
- Verantwortung für monatliche Projektumsatzlegung und Projektergebnisse
- Sicherstellung der vertrags- und spezifikationskonformen Umsetzung der Projektvorgaben
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden sowie intern bei Multiprojektbetrachtung und notwendigen Eskalationen
- Durchführung, Moderation und Dokumentation der Projektmeetings
- Management Reporting sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung definierter Maßnahmen
- Verantwortlich für Change- und Claimmanagement im Zuge des Projektverlaufes
- Technische Unterstützung des Vertriebs
- Studium oder Ausbildung mit technischem Hintergrund
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb- oder Projektmanagement im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik. Erfahrungen aus dem Bereich Medical/ Healthcare wären vorteilhaft
- Fachkenntnisse aus einer GMP/GAMP regulierten Industrie wären wünschenswert
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der technischen Kalkulation
- Strukturierte, erfolgsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Motivations- und Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie kostenorientiertes und vorausschauendes Denken und Handeln
- Sichere MS-Office, MS-Project sowie SAP-Kenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
