• Perfect Fit: You'll be creating precise measurement charts to ensure our designs fit flawlessly.
• Pattern Development: Collaborating closely with our design team, you'll help develop block patterns for our upcoming collections, setting the groundwork for our key styles.
• Prototype Sessions: Leading sessions where we try out prototypes, working with fitting models to refine our designs.
• Supply Chain Coordination: You'll be the bridge between our Berlin studio and our supply chain in Portugal, making sure communication flows smoothly for efficient product development.
• Pattern Refinement: Continuously refining block patterns and shapes for our signature styles, contributing to the evolution of our brand.
• Quality Assurance: You'll oversee the technical aspects of sampling, ensuring our products meet our quality standards.
• Collaboration: Working closely with our customer service team to address any product-related issues and reduce return rates.
• Technical Expertise: Utilizing your expertise in technical materials, fit, and pattern creation to ensure our products are top-notch
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in product development, pattern-making, and garment fitting.
• Skills: Proficiency in creating accurate measurement charts, developing block patterns, and using relevant software like Adobe Illustrator.
• Garment skills: diverse understanding across various product types, including knitwear, woven fabrics, and jersey materials.
• Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with different teams and external partners.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Passion: A genuine passion for fashion, trends, and a deep understanding of brand identity.
• Flexibility: High flexibility and willingness to travel, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge: Very good knowledge of English and confident use of IT – PLM, Adobe Illustrator and MS Office
