- Technische Tests an einer Versuchsgalvanik
- Vorbereitung von Mikroschliffen
- Mikroskopie
- Gitterschnittprüfung
- Einlagerung in Medien und Konditionieren in Klimakammern
- Viskositätsmessung, Shore-Härte
- Brandprüfung (Bunsenbrennertest) - Bedienung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Versuchseinrichtungen
- Unterstützung bei der Abschätzung des Testaufwands und den dazugehörigen Ressourcenbedarf
- Erstellung von vollständig und korrekt ausgefüllten Berichten bzw. Protokollen (inkl. Prüfung)
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den oben genannten Aufgabenbereichen
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Arbeitsschutz bzw. Arbeitssicherheit
- Fachspezifische Erfahrung im Bereich Materialprüfung/-Charakterisierung in einem international agierenden Industrieunternehmen
- Versierter Umgang mit Prüfmaschinen und Analysegeräten
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für analytische und physikalisch-chemische Labortätigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger PC-Standardsoftware

Aufgabenbeschreibung
Qualifikation
Die Arbeitsaufgabe erfordert Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten, wie sie in der Regel durch ein einschlägiges, abgeschlossenes Studium mit einer bis zu 4-jährigen Regelstudiendauer im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Studiengänge oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau, Werkstoffprüfung oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen mit entsprechender besonders umfangreicher fachspezifischer Zusatzqualifikation (z. B. Techniker, Physikalisch-technischer Assistent, Chemisch-technischer Assistent , Physiklaborant) erworben werden. Die insgesamt erforderlichen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen können auf andere Weise erlangt worden sein.
