- Lead the Business Application Services department
- Manage key business applications such as SAP S/4HANA ERP, Salesforce CRM, Cognos BI, PLM, and HR systems
- Develop application and system landscape roadmaps aligned with IT strategy
- Establish an IT Business Partner organization
- Drive innovation within the portfolio
- Ensure IT operation and security compliance
- Oversee personnel development and budget optimization
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or related field
- Extensive professional and leadership experience
- Understanding of value creation processes in similar industries
- Proficiency in SAP and experience in project, change, and quality management
- Knowledge of software product lifecycle management and IT architecture
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, product data, document management, and BI technologies
- Fluency in German and English
