Your responsibilities

Enhance and develop the risk management tools to reflect portfolio development in short- and long-term perspectives (e.g. Hedge Ratios, PnL, Hedging Strategies, sVaR , etc.) using SQL and Microsoft 365 (Power Apps, Excel, Power BI etc.)

Support and joint work with our Reporting team on the development of a Data Model to prepare a dashboard for Market Risk reporting towards upper management

Develop a new position management steering approach together with different Market Risk functions and FO

Besides the digital transformation, support our team in specific assignments towards FO such as limits setting, sVaR discussions and risk committee preparation

Your profile

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program related to Business Administration, Economics, Engineering and/or Finance

Hands-on mentality, flexible and problem solving oriented

Have a basic understanding of data management with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Interest in Energy markets and Risk management as well as in energy transition dynamics is a must

Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft 365 tools including, Excel, Power BI and SharePoint as well as experience or willingness to learn and automate processes using Microsoft 365 tools

English fluent written and spoken (German is a plus) as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and international environment
