- Enhance and develop the risk management tools to reflect portfolio development in short- and long-term perspectives (e.g. Hedge Ratios, PnL, Hedging Strategies, sVaR , etc.) using SQL and Microsoft 365 (Power Apps, Excel, Power BI etc.)
- Support and joint work with our Reporting team on the development of a Data Model to prepare a dashboard for Market Risk reporting towards upper management
- Develop a new position management steering approach together with different Market Risk functions and FO
- Besides the digital transformation, support our team in specific assignments towards FO such as limits setting, sVaR discussions and risk committee preparation
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program related to Business Administration, Economics, Engineering and/or Finance
- Hands-on mentality, flexible and problem solving oriented
- Have a basic understanding of data management with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in Energy markets and Risk management as well as in energy transition dynamics is a must
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft 365 tools including, Excel, Power BI and SharePoint as well as experience or willingness to learn and automate processes using Microsoft 365 tools
- English fluent written and spoken (German is a plus) as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and international environment
