Dein Aufgabenbereich:

• Du analysierst vorhandene Daten
• Du prüfst die Verträge unserer Kunden
• Du betreust unsere Kunden eigenständig
• Du bearbeitest Reklamationen

Das bringst Du mit:

• Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
• Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
• Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
• Kenntnisse in der Versicherungsbranche von Vorteil
