- Gesamtverantwortung für die bautechnischen Aspekte der zugewiesenen Projekte.
- Überprüfung von Bau- und Konstruktionsplänen von Beratern in Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Bau- und Elektroplanungsteams.
- Sicherstellung, dass die strukturellen Entwurfselemente für Projekte mit den Kundenspezifikationen, den aktuellen Branchenrichtlinien und Verfahrensregeln übereinstimmen.
- Projektplanung; Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagern in Bezug auf Kostenberechnung, Planung und Lieferung von Bauelementen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, einschließlich Besuche vor Ort in allen internationalen Projekten des Unternehmens, je nach Bedarf.
- Sicherstellen, dass alle technischen Leistungen in Übereinstimmung mit den Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien und - verfahren des Unternehmens erbracht werden.
- Erfahrung mit der Einreichung von Gebrauchsmustern und der Beantwortung von Musterprotokollen.
- Qualitätsmanagement und Überwachung von Subunternehmern vor Ort.
- Sicherstellung, dass alle erforderlichen Qualitätsdokumente und -verfahren während des Baus eingehalten werden.
- Wöchentliche Fortschrittsbesprechungen mit dem Bauleiter und dem Projektteam.
- Monatliche Besprechungen mit der Projekt-QS, dem Bauleiter, dem Betriebsleiter, dem Sicherheitsbeauftragten, dem Projektingenieur, dem Projektleiter und dem Bauleiter, sofern erforderlich.
- Einrichtung der Baustelle, Erscheinungsbild und Einrichtung jedes Auftrags gemäß dem H&MV-Standard, um die Marke und das Image des Unternehmens zu wahren.
- Teilnahme an Sitzungen mit Kunden, Beratern und anderen Beteiligten.
- Durchführung von Qualitätsaudits bei Unterauftragnehmern.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenierurwesens Hoch- oder Tiefbau oder vergleichbar.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Branchenerfahrung.
- Flexibilität/Anpassungsfähigkeit.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Hervorragende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Bereitschaft zu Reisen und Baustelleneinsätzen innerhalb Deutschlands.
