- Handling the efficient execution of construction projects in the prefabricated house sector in regions like Koblenz, Trier, Odenwald, Heidelberg, and Mannheim
- Effectively managing and overseeing all construction processes while adhering to regulations and quality standards
- Serving as the key point of contact for clients and colleagues on-site during the construction phase
- Participating in monthly site manager meetings at our headquarters in Frankenberg to collaborate with your team on optimizing processes and contributing to continuous improvement
- A degree in civil engineering or a similar field
- Relevant work experience in construction management, preferably in the prefabricated house industry
- A proactive attitude with a passion for hands-on tasks, such as client visits, site inspections, and regular team meetings for knowledge sharing
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently to establish effective structures
- Teamwork: Regular knowledge exchange with colleagues and suppliers, along with team-building activities, to actively shape processes
