    Evonik Logistics Services GmbH is a specialist in logistics for the chemical industry. With approximately 800 employees, we oversee the chemical segments of Evonik and external clients at 13 locations throughout Germany.

    At Evonik Logistics Services, we offer logistic services along the entire value chain of our clients, starting from raw material intake to product shipment.

    What to Expect Working with Us

    • As the Team Leader of Site Logistics, you will plan and coordinate maintenance and repair work for multiple complex warehouses (e.g., silo systems, general cargo warehouses, bulk material systems, automated high-bay warehouses).
    • In your role, you will be responsible for both personnel management and staff deployment planning.
    • You will have independent responsibility for operational control, including monitoring several trades with extensive framework conditions.
    • Additionally, you will be in regular communication with off-site service providers (internal and external).

    Qualifications We Value

    • You have successfully completed training as a warehouse specialist, including further education to become a master.
    • You have several years of professional experience in the relevant field.
    • Ideally, you have experience in leading and motivating employees.
    • As a bonus, you bring electrical and plant knowledge.
    • Good MS Office and SAP skills complete your profile.
    • Your communication skills, teamwork, and independent work approach set you apart.
    • You possess a forklift driver's license.
