    Job Responsibilities:

    • Based on a deep understanding of local market dynamics and business strategies, devise effective brand strategies that establish and enhance the reputation and trust of in the German, UK and French market, aligning them closely with business objectives
    • Innovate and implement communication strategies, creative concepts, and compelling content to successfully execute and manage local campaigns, events, and activations that significantly raise awareness of the brand in Germany.
    • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with local media outlets, associations, eco-partners, and influential figures to amplify the reach and impact of in the German market.
    • Implement localized strategies aligned with global objectives, global storylines, and HQ strategies.

    Location: London or Germany (on-site or remote)

    • Fluency in German and English is a must-have requirement
    • Familiar with the German and DACH region, including media landscape, marketing practice, e-commerce environment, customer behaviour
    • 5+ years experience in a similar Marketing function
    • Can create and execute brand strategies and planning
    • Experience owning or driving the overall marketing/branding strategy for a country or a region
    • Excellent at brand communication, creative content ideas and creative campaign ideas
    • You can steer and influence both internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues and working across all functional areas is key in this role
    • Familiarity with the UK, France and DACH regions
    • You have a Degree in a marketing-related field
    • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, Retail, Business Development, and Strategy. FMCG, Beauty, Consumer Products or e-commerce
    • You bring strong expertise in the EU market, especially Germany and DACH, strong media understanding and a passion for great creativity
    • You are a performance-driven, strategic thinker who has excellent project management and analytical skills (proficient with Google Suite, MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint)
