Your Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory engineering tasks through expert participation in proposal and project processing
• Oversee, coordinate, and ensure the quality of internal and external services
• Lead the BImSchG process for the agreed scope of work during proposal and project phases
• Prepare necessary approval forms
• Ensure timely implementation and follow-up with authorities, assisting in any necessary regulatory processes
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental protection guidelines throughout all project phases
• Coordinate permit applications
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, regulations, and standards in construction and technical building equipment
• Act as a contact person for legal requirements related to fire protection and fire safety concepts
• Participate in contract negotiations with planning and construction partners

Your Background

• Hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Law, or similar
• Have 3-5 years of experience in construction management or a related field, preferably in international project management
• Possess knowledge of BImSchG, TA Luft, GEG, TA Lärm, ASR, and local regulations
• Thorough understanding of air pollution control, noise protection, emission and immission, water protection requirements, guidelines, and regulations
• Familiarity with contract regulations such as BGB, VOB, and construction law
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel for project purposes
• Enjoy working independently and proactively, while also being a team player focused on finding solutions
